Meet the Speakers

Dr Terence McAdams
Chief Education Officer

Dr Terence McAdams is Chief Education Officer at Epsom College Malaysia, where he leads curriculum design and quality assurance. He has developed programmes recognised internationally, including initiatives that helped secure the 2021 International School of the Year award. In 2024, he was shortlisted for the GESS Innovation in Education Award. He also works with the International Baccalaureate as a curriculum developer, external assessor, exam paper author, and textbook editor. His current focus is on integrating AI, entrepreneurship, and research into education, while building transformative thinking frameworks for students from Year 1 to Year 13.

Mr Jonathan Marchant
Head of Senior School

Mr Marchant is an accomplished educator and academic leader with nearly two decades of experience in the UK and internationally, recognised for his leadership at prestigious schools including Fettes College, where he was Deputy Head (Academic) leading IGCSE, IB Diploma, and A-Level programmes, and Cheltenham Ladies’ College, where he served as Head of Sixth Form. He is passionate about guiding students to excel academically and secure places at the world’s top universities.
