Mr Marchant is an accomplished educator and academic leader with nearly two decades of experience in the UK and internationally, recognised for his leadership at prestigious schools including Fettes College, where he was Deputy Head (Academic) leading IGCSE, IB Diploma, and A-Level programmes, and Cheltenham Ladies’ College, where he served as Head of Sixth Form. He is passionate about guiding students to excel academically and secure places at the world’s top universities.

Epsom College Malaysia has once again affirmed its commitment to academic excellence, with students achieving outstanding results in the 2025 examination season.

At IGCSE, 82% of grades awarded were A*-B, far surpassing the UK average of 23%. At A-Level, 74% of grades achieved were A*-B, compared with the UK average of 28%. These exceptional outcomes reflect not only the dedication of our teachers and the ambition of our students, but also Epsom’s holistic approach that balances rigorous academics with pastoral care, character development and opportunities for all.
